ERA, in collaboration with the European Society of Pediatric Endocrinology and Bioscientifica, was selected as the official DMC for the ESPE 57th Annual Meeting held in Athens from September 27 to 29 with 3500 participants. For the needs of the conference ERA  designed and implemented an extremely attractive social program aimed at both entertaining delegates and promoting the country’s cultural heritage.

The ESPE 57th Annual Meeting social program included, inter alia, the Official Dinner of the conference at the Zappeion Mansion, the President’s Dinner at the Acropolis Museum, and an impressive welcoming ceremony under the sounds of the Mikis Theodorakis orchestra.

At the same time, ERA undertook the ESPE Summer School training seminars at the Delphi Cultural Center pre and post the 57th ESPE Annual Meeting.

Hosting the 57th ESPE Annual Meeting in Athens and the ESPE Summer School training seminars was the result of long and intensive efforts by ERA  and Professor George P. Chrousos, Chair of the Pediatric Department of Medical School, which had begun in early 2012!
