ERA pays attention to the professional and personal development of its staff and invests in HR know-how. Following a rigorous selection process out of which only 35 young professionals are selected, the selection of one of our own was a great honor for ERA  and a reward for our junior project manager. This was ERA’s first participation to the ICCA Forum for Young Professionals. The ICCA Forum for Young Professionals takes place once a year before IBTM and aims to train executives intensively, under 30, on conference market and corporate meetings.
